    Abstract

    The pnolse photoaooustie spectrum of SiH4 molecules has been obtained in the range from 926.96cm-1-1084.72cm-1, corresponding to the lines of CO2 laser. The speed of sound travel in the system has been measured by the method of phtoacoustios.
