Abstract

Spin-valley property of two-dimensional transition metal dichalcogenides is an international hot topic in recent years. The transition metal dichalcogenides material and the unique spin-valley property of heterostructures are introduced. And the applications of the spin-valley property in optoelectronic devices are forecasted.
