    Abstract

    The Command and control (C2) system is essential for the implementation of Network-Centric-Warfare (NCW).Based on the research to the C2 system of the NCW we put forward a user-driven C2 system.The desire for greater agility driving the C2 system to rapid composability would be produced by end users rather than engineers.Then a battle model was founded and a detail flow chart was presented.Simulation and verification tests were made based on VStasker platform which provides a useful exploration for the realization of C2 system of the NCW.
