    Abstract

    A temperature adaptive tunable optical attenuator control method is designed. Based on the temperature characteristic curve of the tunable optical attenuator under different temperature, a temperature adaptive control method is proposed. The control precision of the tunable optical attenuator is improved when the temperature range is large. Testing results show that the control precision of the attenuator is improved, and the temperature ranges is from -25 ℃ to 75 ℃, the attenuation error is less than 0.1 dB.
