    Abstract

    Based on Adaptive Genetic Algorithm (AGA) and its improvement,by use of the two numerical tools of GDOP and CLRB,and taking the requirements and restrictions of the multilateration (MLAT) system into consideration,the station locations are determined through continuous iteration,and analysis is made to the similarities and differences of the obtained results of station layout.Then,the distribution of GDOP and CLRB values under different station layout is obtained.The technology can realize optimal embattling of MLAT system,and it can also upgrade the existing system.AGA algorithm and the implementation process of embattling based on AGA are introduced in detail in this paper.
