UAV technology has developed rapidly in recent years, and its military application is increasingly extensive. The traditional airborne laser target indicator is difficult to be integrated into UAV for military application due to its large weight and volume. The technical scheme and operational application process of one of the world′s mainstream laser guided weapon systems are introduced in this paper, and a light and miniaturized laser photoelectric target tracking and indicating load of UAV is studied. Different from the traditional laser indication irradiation, the UAV laser photoelectric load achieves miniaturization integration through tight coupling with the UAV, and realizes the integrated detection function of short and long distance. The target can be positioned and guided at a long distance (geodetic coordinate position information), and can be guided by laser irradiation at a short distance. At the same time, the instruction method in this paper makes use of low-cost small UAV assault operations, which avoids the risk of personnel exposure and casualties, and improves the efficiency of unmanned combat..

Long-wave mercury cadmium telluride materials are influenced by factors such as structure and composition. During the preparation of devices, material damage can occur to the etched electrode contact holes, which affects the imaging performance of the chip. The existing inductively coupled plasma (ICP) equipment is used to etch the electrode contact holes of long-wave mercury cadmium telluride chips, and step-by-step etching is used to avoid damage. Although this method can improve the imaging quality of chips, its efficiency is low and it is difficult to apply to large-scale fabrication. In order to improve etching efficiency and achieve large-scale device preparation, a one-step forming process is developed for the electrode contact holes of long-wave mercury cadmium telluride chips by co-optimizing the RF power of the upper and lower electrodes of the ICP etching machine. After verification by intermediate testing, the blind element rate of the long wave detector (320×256 pixels with a pixel pitch of 30 m) is only 026%. This process can achieve low damage electrode hole etching and can be extended to the preparation of large-scale long-wave infrared chips..

Wire wedge bonding is a kind of technology which realizes the connecting of chip and circuit through the synergistic action of ultrasonic vibration and bonding force. Today, this lead bonding technology is one of the most important and widely used technologies in the field of microelectronics packaging. The quality of wire bonding interconnect is an important factor affecting the reliability and trustworthiness of infrared detector components. In this paper, based on infrared detector module, the multi-dimensional influencing factors of gold wire wedge bonding strength are explored. Starting with the influence of bonding pad quality and the shape of gold wire wedge welding spot on bonding strength, the influence of ultrasonic power, bonding pressure and bonding time on the gold wire wedge bonding strength is studied. According to the principle and process of gold wire wedge welding, the infrared detector component is selected to conduct the strength influence test and analysis, which can guide the actual gold wire wedge welding process. And the uniformity of gold wire bond tensile force under the best process parameters is explored, which verifies the consistency of gold wire wedge bond strength process..

A multi-region performance analysis system for infrared detector based on QT/C++ is proposed to address the differences in the requirements for testing data analysis and screening among different types of infrared detectors. The analysis system is based on traditional infrared detector testing system, and performance analysis software is developed using QT software and C++ language. The developed software is embedded in the OpenCV plugin library and has functions such as region partitioning, blind element filtering, index calculation, and blind element cluster recognition. The test data from the very-long-wavelength 640×512 HgCdTe detector is used to verify the performance analysis function of the developed software. The verification results prove that the developed software has the ability to efficiently process data and accurately analyze performance, and can provide blind element positions and blind element cluster maps. Compared with existing testing systems, the proposed analysis system can improve performance analysis capabilities and testing efficiency for detectors of full array size and different materials..

Aiming at the problem of low-temperature sensitivity of bare grating, a packaging method is designed and its structure is made. The design packaging mode is as follows: fiber Bragg grating (FBG) is placed in a capillary glass tube, filled with 353ND epoxy resin adhesive, and finally fixed on the copper substrate. In this paper, the mechanism of FBG temperature sensing and sensitization is analyzed theoretically, then the structure is designed and manufactured, and finally the temperature sensing test is carried out. The thermal expansion coefficient of polymer 353ND and copper sheet is significantly higher than that of bare grating, and additional stress is applied to the fiber grating when the external temperature changes, so as to improve its temperature sensitivity and protect the structure of FBG sensor. The experimental results show that the reflected wavelength of FBG maintains good linearity in the temperature sensing test from 40℃ to 140℃. The temperature sensitivity increases from 10 pm/℃ before sensitization to about 21 pm/℃, and the linearity of fitting curve of temperature sensing characteristics reaches more than 0996..

Aiming at the problem of real-time and efficient processing of theodolite intersection data, a method of real-time angle measurement data alignment and asynchronous calculation based on improved distribution processing platform is proposed, and the time-consuming principle of rendezvous algorithm is analyzed. According to the characteristics of high real-time performance of rendezvous data and the difficulty of applying algorithms with high time complexity, the distributed platform is used to process the real-time angle measurement data asynchronously, and the traditional synchronous rendezvous data processing flow is improved. The experimental results show that the improved distributed platform has high data processing efficiency and stable performance, and can meet the requirements of embedding and real-time processing of algorithms with high time complexity..

Due to the dense network of rivers and lakes in Shanghai, scientific and effective monitoring of river and lake water quality is conducive to consolidating the achievements of river and lake management, and serving for the protection and management of water resources in the new situation. The purpose of this paper is to make satellite remote sensing technology be applied effectively in urban water quality monitoring. The research methods are as follows: Based on Sentinel-2 multi-spectral images, an inversion model of urban river water quality parameters is established by using machine learning technology. Dissolved oxygen, permanganate index, ammonia nitrogen and total phosphorus of 103 rivers in Shanghai from 2019 to 2021 are inverted by remote sensing, and the spatio-temporal variation characteristics of water quality parameters of main rivers in Shanghai are analyzed. The water environment of Shanghai is evaluated. The results show that the inversion accuracy of DO, CODMn and TP is better than 80%, and the inversion accuracy of NH3-N is better than 70%. The four water quality parameters are better than that of class V, and the water quality in the first and fourth quarters is better than that in the second and third quarters..
