An ultraviolet optical system based on hemispherical circular panoramic imaging is described. From the perspective of the demand for large field of view, a circular imaging system is designed. The system can realize the demand of imaging coverage in 180° (H)×40°(V) airspace, which is suitable to ultraviolet imaging. Coated foldback design is used in the first lens in order to reduce aberration for less system material at ultraviolet, which expands the receiving range of the field of view and reduces the number of lens. The system has small volume, wide coverage area and high imaging quality, and the acquisition of ultraviolet image in circular large field of view is realized effectively..

A multi-wavelength linear cavity thulium-doped fiber laser based on fiber Sagnac loop mirror is studied. A 1.5 m long double-clad thulium-doped fiber is used as the gain medium, and a 793 nm laser diode is used as the pump source. The fiber Sagnac loop mirror and the fiber ring mirror constitute the laser resonant cavity. By increasing the pump power and adjusting the polarization controller, laser outputs with 1~7 wavelengths are realized within the spectral range between 1 949 and 1 976 nm. The output power is on the order of milliwatts, and the optical signal-to-noise ratio reaches 40~50 dB..

The beam propagation characteristics of a one-dimensional coherent array semiconductor laser in the far field are researched. By establishing a mathematical physical model, the laser beam intensity distribution in the far field of a one-dimensional coherent array laser is calculated and simulated. The influence of array length, wavelength and duty ratio on the spot width in the fast and slow axis of the coherent array at different distances is analyzed. Research results show that the optical field of one-dimensional coherent semiconductor laser array is affected by the coherent action of the sub-source in the slow axis direction. The spot width in the slow axis direction differs by about 4 orders of magnitude compared with that in the fast axis direction in the far field. Thus, the laser spot is distributed in the shape of “blade”..

In recent years, researchers have proposed a variety of photoelectrical memristor structures to simulate light-synapse in living organisms through continuous research and innovation, which are used in the field of neuromorphic computing. Among them, organic photoelectric memristor devices have the characteristics of low cost, simple preparation process and high flexibility, and have gradually become a research hotspot in this field, attracting more and more researchers. The organic polymer PVK (polyvinylcarbazole), its functional layer material PVK organic photoelectric mersister, has excellent photovoltaic performance and high hole mobility, but it has poor stability and low repeatability due to the unclear mechanism of organic resistance transformation and poor material stability. Based on Al/PVK/W/Si photoelectric memristor, zinc oxide functional layer with high stability and high electron mobility is introduced to improve the related performance of PVK photoelectric memristor. The prepared Al/PVK/ZnO/W/Si photoelectric memristor is tested in detail, and is compared with the traditional Al/PVK/W/Si photoelectric memristor. The experimental results show that the stability of the new structure is significantly improved, and the repeatability is enhanced..

In the reform of criminal procedure system centered on trial, the examination and acceptance of image evidence is particularly important. The most common operation of digital image tampering is copy and paste, by copying a region of the image paste to other parts, in order to increase or cover up part of the image content, accompanied by geometric transformation to increase the authenticity. Most of the existing algorithms for detecting similar forgeries can only deal with a certain geometric transformation, which has high computational complexity and cannot deal with the situation of multi-region copy and paste. A method of extracting scale-invariant features based on color and texture information is proposed. At first, the key points are extracted by detecting the local invariant features in the color channel of the image, and the hierarchical clustering algorithm is used for clustering. And then, the affine transformation estimation is carried out on the matching results of the key points. At last, the random sampling consensus algorithm is used to remove the unmatched key points. Experimental results show that the algorithm can better deal with the multi-region copy-paste tamper detection after a variety of transformations, and can play a role in the public security image inspection and identification work..
