Compared with a U-type electro-optical turntable, T-type turntable is characterized by lower height and lighter weight. However, it is difficult to design the controller due to unbalanced load. The design and optimization of a T-type turntable compound axis system is introduced. The proportional integral (PI) and lead algorithm is used in the turntable speed loop to increase the crossover frequency and improve the dynamic performance of the system. Simultaneously, it can perform real-time dynamic compensation to periodic low-frequency disturbance to reduce the impact of disturbance on error. The small error range of the position loop is corrected in series with PI and multiple lag links, and the low-frequency gain is improved. And the compound axis control method of the T-type turntable is analyzed, which is simulated and verified in high-precision tracking and pointing system. Beat length is an important parameter to characterize the performance of polarization maintaining fiber, with the widely application of polarization maintaining fiber in the field of fiber communication and sensing, it is very important for the high accuracy measurement of beat length. Based on the white light interferometry, a beat length measuring device of polarization maintaining fiber is developed. Beat length is calculated by measuring the geometric length between the two stress points on the polarization maintaining fiber and the optical length between the corresponding coupling points. Geometric length is accurately measured by laser interferometer, and the measurement of optical length is firstly by using Hilbert transformation and polynomial fitting to extract white light interference envelope signal, obtain the precise peak position of the polarization coupling point, and then, the frequency stabilization interferometry is used to measure the optical length between the coupling points. The experimental measurement results and uncertainty analysis indicate that the measurement repeatability is better than 4 μm, and the measurement uncertainty is 20 μm..

In order to enhance the robustness and segmentation performance of the fuzzy local information C-means clustering algorithm, a fuzzy local information C-means clustering algorithm based on feature selection is proposed. Based on the existing fuzzy local information C-means clustering algorithm, the local neighborhood constraints of the target function are added with neighborhood membership constraint, and the idea of feature selection is introduced to the target function. KL-divergence is taken as regularization factor to obtain a new robust fuzzy clustering algorithm. The local median filter is applied to the membership degree of each pixel in the end of the proposed algorithm iteration, and then the maximum membership criterion is used to realize the pixel classification, so as to obtain the final segmentation result. Experimental results show that the proposed algorithm has better segmentation performance and anti-noise robustness than that of the existing fuzzy local information C-means (FLICM) algorithm..

According to the problems of joint test action group (JTAG) being not used during on-orbit satellite controller reconstruction and being difficult to update DSP program due to the limitation of working environment, taking digital signal processing (DSP) TMS320F28335 as an example, a scheme of online reconstruction DSP controller through serial port is proposed. Because the DSP controller may be knocked over by a single particle while the satellite is in orbit, a method of redundancy of the master control program and periodic or instruction reconstruction of the master program to reduce the possibility of invalid of the controller due to the flip of the single particle is proposed.
