Technique Design of Structure of Electro-optical Wireless Sensor Networks and Controller Based on MC9S12XS128

From the perspectives of convenience, high efficiency, energy saving and accuracy, a wireless electro-optical sensor network based on MC9S12XS128 is established. Hardware circuits of controllers are de. signed combined with MUC intelligence control theory. On the basis of analyzing structure and operation theory of wirFrom the perspectives of convenience, high efficiency, energy saving and accuracy, a wireless electro-optical sensor network based on MC9S12XS128 is established. Hardware circuits of controllers are de. signed combined with MUC intelligence control theory. On the basis of analyzing structure and operation theory of wireless electro-optical sensor networks, the achievement modes of wireless electro-optical sensor networks based on ZigBee technique are discussed. Relative hardware circuits and software are also designed. MC9S12X128 MCU is used as controllers in node systems. CC2420 chips are used as wireless transmission. And data collection and process course are performed in ambience. The results are transmitted to upper PC finally. Da. tum are analyzed and displayed by upper PC in order to monitor the local operation states in real time. Optimum Design of Aspheric Collimating Lenses in Laser Range Finders

According to the characteristics of divergence angles in far field from 650 nm laser diode lightsource used in laser range finders and integrated with the theory of aspheric optics design, the image aberration ofthe aspheric collimating lens is simulated and calculated by ZEMAX software and the optimum design is per.foAccording to the characteristics of divergence angles in far field from 650 nm laser diode lightsource used in laser range finders and integrated with the theory of aspheric optics design, the image aberration ofthe aspheric collimating lens is simulated and calculated by ZEMAX software and the optimum design is per.formed. The aspheric collimating and shaping system is designed. The system data, spot diagrams, characteristiccurves of transverse ray aberration and simulation diagrams are given. A design method which uses the asphericlens collimating system to compress and collimate the divergence angles of laser diodes is given. The calculationresult indicates that the maximum divergence angle after collimated and shaped is compressed into 0.199 9 mrad.The relative light patch becomes more uniform and the energy efficiency is improved. Optical Focusing Mechanism for Short-arc Xenon Lamps

An optical focusing mechanism for short-arc xenon lamps is designed. The focusing control meth. ods on axial focusing and lateral focusing are designed and calculated respectively. On one hand, axial focusing method is realized by the structure of fine thread. Analysis of SNR for Laser Heterodyne Detection with Weak Local Oscillator

In order to avoid the influence of shot noise due to the powerful local oscillator(LO) in traditional laser heterodyne detection, SNR (signal to noise ratio) analysis of laser heterodyne detection with a weak LO under photon-level is presented. Firstly, the expression of SNR with a pulsed laser is applied in the conditIn order to avoid the influence of shot noise due to the powerful local oscillator(LO) in traditional laser heterodyne detection, SNR (signal to noise ratio) analysis of laser heterodyne detection with a weak LO under photon-level is presented. Firstly, the expression of SNR with a pulsed laser is applied in the condition of partial CW(continuous wave) and weak LO laser heterodyne detection. The spectrum of the heterodyne signal with the center frequency 221 kHz has been achieved and the theoretical value of SNR is in agreement with that of the experiment. Secondly, the techniques of data segment fractionizing and PSD (Power Spectral Density) averaging are used in the research of SNR. The results showed that the volume of the data has been decreased to 0.1 times compared with the traditional PSD averaging, the data resource is fully used during signal processing and SNIR (Signal to Noise Improved Ratio) nearly obeys the m rule(m is the averaging time) under a small quantity of data segments..

Research on Surface Metallization of Optical Fiber Grating and Characteristic

With the quartz fiber as the matrix materials, the copper-plating quartz optical fiber is produced by electroless nickel-plating and copper electroplating. The influences of pretreatment roughening time activation time, activation temperature on bond strength and continuity of nickel-phosphorus alloy coatings are studiWith the quartz fiber as the matrix materials, the copper-plating quartz optical fiber is produced by electroless nickel-plating and copper electroplating. The influences of pretreatment roughening time activation time, activation temperature on bond strength and continuity of nickel-phosphorus alloy coatings are studied with colloidal palladium activation. The results indicate that only in which condition at the room temperature, roughening time is 2-10 min, activation temperature is 30-40 ℃, activation time is 20 min, the continuous, dense, uniform, bright and highly cohesive nickel-plated underlying on the surface of the quartz fiber can be prepared successfully. Copper-plating optical fiber with high adhesion, low resistivity and good welding can be obtained by electroplating copper on the electroless Nickel-plating quartz optical fiber. By testing the temperature sensing performance of the copper electroplating optical fiber, it is found that the temperature sensitivity coefficient of the copper electroplating optical fiber is 1.7 times than that of ordinary optical fiber, that is, enhanced sensitivity effect of temperature is obvious..

According to the need of low-frequency acoustic field measurements, the acoustic measurement theory of optical fiber MEMS is researched. The theoretical model of Fabry-Perot (F-P) interference measurement acoustic is built. And low-frequency acoustic sensor samples of optical fiber MEMS are designed and manufactured. The test result shows that the performance of optical fiber MEMS can meet high sensitivity acoustic measurement requirement in the band of 4 ~5 000 Hz..

Research on Character Recognition Technology Based on Sequence Images in Complex Environment

According to inspection problems of horizontal and vertical pendulum amplitude of ship models, a method of character recognition used to inspect pendulum amplitude of ship models based on sequence images in complex background is discussed. Firstly, Gaussian low-pass filtering algorithm is adopted to update image backgrAccording to inspection problems of horizontal and vertical pendulum amplitude of ship models, a method of character recognition used to inspect pendulum amplitude of ship models based on sequence images in complex background is discussed. Firstly, Gaussian low-pass filtering algorithm is adopted to update image background in real time based on gray value with the characteristic of slow change, which is at the adjacent regions of background images. Secondly, an adaptive threshold segmentation algorithm based on statistical information of difference image is put forward to eliminate the influence of the change of light and environment on background. Finally, character recognition algorithm based on the improved scan line algorithm and template matching algorithm is researched. The experiment results show that the algorithm can identify the characters printed on ship model quickly and completely in the different illumination circumstances. And it can be used to inspect pendulum amplitude. So it has great practical value..

The calculations of image processing, position and attitude estimating in visual navigation system are analyzed and researched. Template matching mode is used to recognize the runway. Image characteristics of runway are extracted by Hough transform. The least square method is used to merger the detected edge lines of runway and their equations in the image coordinate system are achieved.
