The problem was analyzed and an experiment was carried out. The powers of light backward scattered from water and bubble film were measured when the distances between the laser and the detector were changed, and the data were analyzed by comparison. The results show that moderately increasing the distance between laser and detector will favor restraint of water backward scattering light interference and will enlarge the difference between signals having and having no bubble films, so it will improve the laser backward detection capability of bubble films in water..

For the purpose of evaluating the effectiveness of the various camouflage methods, the Automatic Target Recognition (ATR for short) system technology is put forward. The paper presents some aspects of the reconnaissance detection algorithm, detection ranges for hypothesis target and the influence to the Camouflage Effectiveness Evaluation. The collected images can be identified and processed. According to the detector and reconnaissance system parameters, the ATR algorithm can report the detection range for each hypothesis target and its confidence. Based on this basis, the automatic detection and identification of camouflage targets become more reasonable and effective. For improving the strain response sensitivity, this article proposes one fiber grating strain sensor based on titanium alloy substrate. The package uses titanium (TC4) as packaging material according to the theory of elastic modulus and uses barbell-like structure according to the transfer principle of mechanics. It obtains the strain response sensitivity and the correlation coefficient of reflection wavelength and strain. Experimental results show that the sensor which adopts this package design can obtain higher strain response sensitivity and better correlation coefficient of reflection wavelength and strain.

Experiments on LD in dual tracking power supply constant current mode and driven by LT1912 switching power supply were made. Experimental results show that LD drive circuit of work conditions is to provide sufficient current----the switching power supply drive LD must have the output characteristics of low voltage and high power. In the process of Mask Projection Stereolithography (MPS), the value of illumination on the view surface of MPS has serious influence on building accuracy. In order to improve the building accuracy of MPS, it is necessary to measure the illumination accurately. An illumination measuring system with Silicon Photocell is designed and developed. The system uses photocell to convert light signal into weak current signal, which is then sent to micro control unit in the form of voltage signal to carry out A/D conversion after I/V switching and amplification, and then the system calculates the actual illumination value according to the digital value and the linear sensitivity of Silicon Photocell. For adjusting gain of the amplification circuit automatically, the system adopts digital potentiometer as feedback element. A new edge detection algorithm based on generalized B spline filter is proposed to extract image edge more effectively. First, generalized B spline is deduced from linear derivative equation. Based on generalized B spline, a difference template operator for edge detection is constructed, which inherits the scale factor of generalized B spline, and achieves different amplitude characteristic and band-pass property with different scale factor. Therefore, best edge result can be obtained by adjusting the scale. Thereafter, by combination with generalized B spline function and variational principle, generalized B spline smoothing filter is constructed, which realizes the direct spline transform in the sense of smoothing filtering, and improves the anti-noise ability of edge detection in conjunction with edge detection template operator. Experiments indicate this algorithm can extract target edge reliably, whether its extraction effect or anti-noise capacity are superior to conventional differential operator..

The effectiveness of one de-noising method for different noise images is different, a method based on wavelet domain for identifying image noise types was used. The histogram of wavelet HH sub-band’s coefficients was used to identify two types of main noise: Gaussian white noise and salt & pepper noise. After analyzing the infrared image series, it is found that the long-wave infrared images are mainly affected by the Gaussian white noise, the medium-wave infrared images are mainly affected by the salt & pepper noise. An improved wavelet global threshold de-noising method is reported. The simulation experiments indicate that the PSNR of this method is increased by 2~3 dB, processing speed is more faster, compared with traditional methods..

These features can maintain certain invariance to the image changes factors, such as rotation, zoom scale, affine transformations, and perspective changes, light changes etc., to the object movement, occlusion, noise and other factors can also maintain good matching. A point-based scale and rotation invariant feature transform algorithm for the sub-pixel image registration is proposed. First of all the feature detection and identification are made in the scale space, the position and scale of key points are determined, and then use main direction of the neighborhood's gradient as the direction of the key point in order to achieve the independence of the operator of the scale and direction.
