The basic method of describing the polarization characteristics of atmospheric scattering light is discussed. According to the Rayleigh and Mie scattering theories, transfer Mueller matrix is given to respectively establish the models for the single polarization characteristic of atmosphere molecule and aerosol scattering lights. Meanwhile, through simulating the values calculation, the polarization characteristics of nature light, horizontal linear polarization light and 45°linear polarization light are studied, which are influenced by the atmosphere molecule and aerosol. Lastly, a method of vector transfer equation is given to deal with the polarization problems when the atmospheric scattering light scatters more times..

According to Mie scattering theory, the single particle scattering characteristics are analyzed and an atmospheric scattering model of 1.06 μm laser is built.Through simulation calculation using the model, the detection direction vs scattering intensity curves in different abaxial distance and the scattering intensity vs abaxial distance curves in various visibilities are obtained. The observational characteristics of sensors in an electro-optic detect system is analyzed, and then some data aligning methods and data aligning process are introduced, that is a major work in multi-sensor data fusion. Weighted data fusion concept and some fusion criterions of an electro-optic detect system with different testing precisions of sensors are investigated. Target-tracking algorithms based on data fusion criterions are given and simulated. In order to study the color characteristics of light-emitting diode, the characteristics of blue, green and white LED colors are analyzed. Firstly, the spectral power distribution of blue, green, white LED is respectively measured by using the monochromator, and then on the basis of the theory chroma, the main light source wavelength, color purity, color temperature and color rendering index are calculated. The results show that blue LED and green LED dominant wavelengths change little with different standard light sources, and the color purities are relatively high, at 0.64 and 0.87, respectively, the general color-rendering is very poor for the index of -29 and -14, so these blue and green LED are not suitable to be used as lighting source. White LED dominant wavelength largely change with different standard light sources, and color purity is relatively low, near 0, color rendering is good for the general color-rendering index of 82, so white LED is in full conformance with the lighting requirements..

Underlay temperature has an effect drastically on conductivity types in CdTe polycrystalline thin films by CVD method. At the underlay temperature of more than 560℃, the CdTe film is p-type, and at an underlay temperature of less than 520℃, the CdTe film is n-type. In some extent, underlay growth temperature is slower, electron strength is more bigger. Using CVD method, the p-type CdTe film is firstly grown at higher temperature and then the n-type CdTe film is grown at lower temperature to form CdTe homo-junction, the p-n diode is developed for the first time. In addition, a p-type CdTe film is deposited at higher temperature, then exposed to air at room temperature for several weeks to form CdO and TeO2 layer. ITO film is finally deposited on the oxide layer for forming n-ITO/i/p-CdTe hetero-junction. Compared to n-ITO/P-CdTe without oxide layer, the efficiency of EO conversion is significantly improved..

The images are obtained from the simple color fusions based on enhanced treatment and HSV transform, human visual characteristics and YIQ transform. In the Subjective evaluation test, the visible image, medium-wave image and long-wave image in the same scene are processed according to different algorithms. The results are used to analyze comparatively statistically the histograms. In the objective evaluation test, the images are compared through ways of YIQ transform and averaging, and then the fusion results are compared using directly contrast degree of R channel, rough degree of G channel and entropy of B channel. Compared to traditional nonuniformly sampling method, this method solves the problem of redundant data due to over-sampling in the whole sampling period, and eliminates the partial redundance caused by signal time-variant feature. In the end, the spectrum expression of nonuniformly sampled LFM signal in the fractional Fourier domain is derived, and the detection probability of the signal in the case of different SNR is studied.
