    Abstract

    This paper focuses on Aerial Offensive Operations (AOO) information superiority transformation evaluation. Firstly, the concepts of operational node, information flow and Fire Procedure Link (FPL) are defined, and general process of aerial offensive operations is elaborated. Secondly, representation method of three-parameter Vague value is given, GERT network's nodes and transmission line are analyzed, and then GERT network model of AOO-FPL evaluation is built up. Thirdly, according to information flowing characteristics, computation method of FPL information superiority transformation probability is gained by applying Mason's Formula. Finally, AOO-FPL is evaluated by using a case, and the result verifies the feasibility and effectiveness of the model, which can provide a decision-making basis for AOO operational systems' design and optimization.
