    Abstract

    The complex noise features of the opto-electronic detection amplifier are analyzed. The characteristics of the feedback resistance noise, input voltage noise and current noise from the opto-electronic detection amplifier are studied. The calculation method of the output voltage noise is obtained by analyzing the bode diagram of the amplifier circuit and spectrum characteristic. Combining the specific circuit, the principle of the low noise opto-electronic detection circuit is summarized by calculating the current, resistance and voltage noise.
