    Abstract

    In accordance with the load conditions of an electro-optical turntable, the force analysis of the connecting bolts is carried out. According to the load non-slip condition, the pre-tightening fore, the tightening torque and the maximum total pulling force are calculated. Based on the material strength theory and finite element simulation and analysis technology, the stress analysis and strength check of bolts and thread teeth used for mounting load are carried out, and the results are compared and analyzed. The results of theoretical calculation and practical verification show that the thread stress analysis and strength check method described can make the thread connection structure between the electro-optical turntable and the load reliable. The method can be used as a reference for the design of the load mounting thread of the turntable.
