    Abstract

    In a two-axis servo turntable, in order to improve the laser pointing accuracy after passing through the turntable, it is necessary to ensure the parallelism of the laser beam and the rotating axis of the turntable. By analyzing the relationship between the deviation and the laser pointing accuracy, the method of improving the accuracy is researched. The matrix solution method of the intersection of straight lines and planes in space and the theory of three-dimensional matrix transformation are introduced to solve the intersection of laser beam and mirror or projection screen in the static and dynamic state of the servo turntable. And then, according to the principle of light reflection, the general formula of coordinates on the projection screen is derived. By analyzing the general formula of the coordinates of the laser on the projection screen, the position and size of the deviation are analyzed. In the simulation experiment, the deviation is first assumed, the trajectory of the laser on the projection screen is calculated by simulation, and then the position and size of the deviation are calculated through the general formula, and the general formula is verified by comparing the deviation with the simulation assumption. At last, through laser irradiation experiment, the correctness of the position and size of the deviation calculated by general formula is verified. Therefore, according to the laser projection trajectory of the two-axis servo turntable, the derived general formula is used to calculate the position and size of the deviation, which provides a calculation basis for improving the parallelism of the laser beam and the rotating shaft, thereby, the laser pointing accuracy is improved.
