    Abstract

    The continuous emergence of new materials, advanced integrated packaging technologies and new micro-architectures has prompted the development of equipment in the field of optoelectronics towards miniaturization, intelligence and integration. The performance and power consumption improvements brought by the micro-systems make it possible to upgrade the equipment comprehensively and across generations, which has important military application prospects. The applications of micro-systems in the field of optoelectronics are focused on. The planning and development of various research institutions in semiconductor and optical frequency micro-systems at this stage are sorted out. Furthermore, the military application prospects of optical frequency micro-systems are forecasted.
