    Abstract

Light in the ultraviolet, blue, and near-infrared bands is harmful to human eyes to a certain extent. Light in these bands exists in various photoelectric systems, and users need to wear protective glasses for protection. In order to achieve the protection of the above three bands at the same time, the protective and the antireflection film systems are designed through the film system design software, which is deposited by electron beam evaporation. The waterproof film is deposited on both sides of the lens by resistance evaporation. And the spectral and waterproof performances of the lens are tested. Testing results show that the developed coated lenses have an average transmittance of about 0.5%, 38%, 96% and 40% in the ultraviolet band of 250~360 nm, the blue band of 400~430 nm, the visible band of 500~780 nm and the near infrared band of 900~1 400 nm, respectively. The water drop angle can reach 113°, which can effectively reduce the damage of ultraviolet, blue and near infrared to human eyes, and the lens has low color cast, high visible light transmittance and good waterproof effect.
