According to the demand of video surveillance in outfield large scene, the shortcomings of panoramic image of single panoramic camera, the difficulty of multi-channel panoramic image splicing fusion of multiple panoramic cameras and the principle of splicing fusion algorithm are analyzed and studied, and a multi-channel panoramic image splicing fusion algorithm is designed. Research results show that the design of the algorithm is reasonable, which can effectively splice and fuse multi-channel panoramic images, has good visual perception and image quality, and can provide reference for improving the ability of outfield panoramic monitoring.
