    Abstract

    Typical light-curing 3D printing LCD products were taken as the research object. Through the collection of bad information from the clients, the key characteristics of LCD that could affect the light curing function of the whole machine were identified and the failure threshold was determined. The life evaluation method was used based on product performance degradation to carry out the experimental design and implementation. Through the distribution test, Weibull probability paper method, model regression and fitting, the reliability, cumulative failure probability, and failure rate of the product could be found, which was expected to provide technical guidance on maintenance.
