The effect of total reflection on sensitivity of hybrid current fiber sensors

In hybrid current fiber sensors operating on the Faraday effect, reflection ig often used for changing the propagating direction of light to increase the effective optical path and to make the structure of the sensos compact. Preliminary research of Na-like copper X-ray recombination laser

Study on SHG of picosecond Nd:YAG laser using KNbO3and KTP crystals

The SHG of the picosecond Nd:YAG laser was studied experiment ally and theor etically using nonlinear optical crystals KNbO3 and KTP. The SHG energy conversion efficiencies of 52% and 45.4% wera obtained using 3mm-long KNbO3 and 4.5 mm-long KTP respestively. Focusing parameters in focused beam pumped SRS and their influence on conversion efficiency

Based on the deduced coupled equations of SES pumped by a focused beam, we discussed bhe influence of the beam focusing on the enhancement and conversion efficiency of SRS in an absorptive Raman medium. Two parameters: B=L/Zr, K=l/L are suggested as the focusing parameters. Two-speckle-patterns phase-shifting digital interferometry

A digital speckle pattern interferometry system for automatic measurement of deformations of a diffuse object is presented by using phase-stepping and digital signal processing technique. Computer is utilized to take data and calculate phase without an intermediate recording step. Second harmonic generation using an active nonlinear medium Nd:MgO:LiNbO3

A novel transverse mode control resonator for pulsed Nd3+:YAG laser

Calculations of angular overlap parameters for Eu3+ions in KY3F10, YPO4and YVO4crystals

Spectroscopy of H'2Ⅱ-Rydberg states of NO molecular by two-photon excitation
