Abstract

Combining image neighboring relativity with fuzzy theory, a new fuzzy mapping technology is defined. Based on this technology, dynamic adaptive enhancement is made towards the high frequencies and low frequencies of the mapped image. Experimental results illustrate the effectiveness of removing noise and preserving details of the target
