Registration Types
Regular registration includes:
- Admission to all technical sessions, plenary sessions, poster sessions, workshops, forums and exhibition.
- dinner (23 July and 25 July), Welcome Banquet（24 July)，lunches, and coffee breaks.
- Conference program book and materials bag.
Student registration includes:
- Admission to all technical sessions, plenary sessions, poster sessions, workshops, and exhibition.
- dinner (23 July, 24 July and 25 July), lunches, and coffee breaks.
- Conference program book and materials bag.
Note: Students must present proof of enrollment in the form of a current valid student ID when picking up badges or when registering on-site. Post-docs are not eligible to register for student rates. Student registration does NOT include Award Banquet, which can be purchased in addition and the fee will be included in the registration receipt/invoice.
About Publication
- An author can submit only an abstract for academic communication and presentation to Huitong system, which do Not need to pay publication fee and the abstract will be demonstrate on the program book.
- An author should pay 600 CNY per manuscript, if the author will further submit the manuscript to SPIE Digital Library. The manuscript will be published in SPIE Digital Library and submitted to EI for indexing. One author can submit two manuscripts for the most. For more information about submission, please view the Submission Guidelines.

一般代表注册费包括：
- 大会报告、分会报告、张贴报告、workshop、论坛和展区等入场。

学生代表注册费包括：
- 大会报告、分会报告、张贴报告、workshop、论坛和展区等入场。
- 7月23、24、25日晚餐、会议期间午餐和茶歇。

学生代表指在读硕士/博士研究生及本科生，在领取会议资料时需要出示学生证，博士后不能以学生身份注册。学生代表注册费不包含颁奖晚宴，如有需要，可单独购买餐券并在开发票时计入注册费。
注：注册费和文章处理费统一开具会议费的发票。本次会议统一开具电子发票，发票将于会议结束后7-10个工作日发送至您的会议注册邮箱。
文章发表及出版
- 若文章不需要收录及检索，作者可以仅将摘要投至汇同会议系统作参会交流，无需缴纳出版费用。
- 若需要会议文集收录及检索，需缴纳文章处理费600元/篇，每位参会代表至多发表两篇。作者需将摘要投至汇同会议系统后，通过审稿再将全文投至SPIE的投稿系统，经录用的文章将收录在SPIE Digital Library，并提交Ei Compendex检索，请参见投稿说明。
