There will be no cost for attendees residing ouside of mainland China to participate. Authors submitting the manuscripts to SPIE will pay a US$100 publishing fee.

Registration Fees

One participant can submit TWO manuscripts for the most to publish in conference proceeding produced by SPIE.

The registration fee of regular and student includes:

• Admission to all technical sessions, plenary sessions, poster sessions, workshops, and exhibition.
• Welcome Reception, Award Banquet, Meals and Coffee Breaks.
• Conference Program Book and Materials Bag.

For accompanying person:

• Welcome Reception, Award Banquet, Meals and Coffee Breaks.

About Publication

• Abstract only, do NOT need to pay publication fee.
• To submit a manuscript, which will be published in SPIE Digital Library and indexed by EI, one author should pay 600 CNY per manuscript. One author can submit two manuscripts for the most.

注册费

正式及学生代表注册费包括：

• 大会报告、分会报告、张贴报告、workshop和展区等入场。
• 欢迎晚宴、颁奖晚宴、会议期间用餐及茶歇。
• 会议日程册、资料袋。

陪同人员注册费包括：

• 欢迎晚宴、颁奖晚宴、会议期间用餐及茶歇。不得进入会场内。

文章发表及出版

• 仅投摘要：若文章不需要收录及检索，作者可以仅将摘要投至汇同会议系统作参会交流无需另外缴费。
• 需全文发表：若需要会议文集收录及检索，需缴纳文章处理费600元/篇，每位参会代表至多发表两篇。作者需将摘要投至汇同会议系统后，通过审稿再将全文投至SPIE的投稿系统，经录用的文章将收录在SPIE Digital Library，并提交Ei检索。详细投稿信息，请参见投稿说明。
• 任何未注册及未出席报告的文章，不予出版和收录。
