Registration Fees

*Each registrant can submit two manuscripts for the most to SPIE Digital Library and indexed by Ei Compendex.

Registration Types

Regular registration includes:

• Admission to all technical sessions, plenary sessions, poster sessions, workshops, forums and exhibition.
• dinner (26 August and 27 August), Welcome Banquet（27 August)，lunches, and coffee breaks.
• Conference program book and materials bag.

Student registration includes:

• Admission to all technical sessions, plenary sessions, poster sessions, workshops, and exhibition.
• dinner (26 August, 27 August and 28 August), lunches, and coffee breaks.
• Conference program book and materials bag.

Note: Students must present proof of enrollment in the form of a current valid student ID when picking up badges or when registering on-site. Post-docs are not eligible to register for student rates. 

About Publication

• An author can submit an abstract for academic communication, which do Not need to pay publication fee.
• An author should pay 700 CNY per manuscript, if the author will further submit the manuscript to SPIE Digital Library. The manuscript will be published in SPIE Digital Library and submitted to EI for indexing. One author can submit two manuscripts for the most. 注册费

注：上海汇光会务服务有限公司为本次会议合作会务公司，代收本次会议所有会务费用。

注册类别

一般代表注册费包括：

• 大会报告、分会报告、张贴报告、workshop、论坛和展区等入场。
• 8月26、27日晚餐、27日欢迎晚宴、会议期间午餐和茶歇。
• 会议日程册、资料袋。

学生代表注册费包括：

• 大会报告、分会报告、张贴报告、workshop、论坛和展区等入场。
• 8月26、27、28日晚餐、会议期间午餐和茶歇。
• 会议日程册、资料袋。

学生代表指在读硕士/博士研究生及本科生，在领取会议资料时需要出示学生证，博士后不能以学生身份注册。

注：注册费和文章处理费统一开具会议费的发票。本次会议统一开具电子发票，发票将于会议结束后7-10个工作日发送至您的会议注册邮箱。

文章发表及出版

• 若文章不需要收录及检索，作者可以仅将摘要投至汇同会议系统作参会交流，无需缴纳出版费用。
• 若需要会议文集收录及检索，需缴纳文章处理费700元/篇，每位参会代表至多发表两篇。作者需将摘要投至汇同会议系统后，通过审稿再将全文投至SPIE的投稿系统，经录用的文章将收录在SPIE Digital Library，并提交Ei Compendex检索，请参见投稿说明。
