To improve the track association with sensor bias between networking radars a novel gray track correlation algorithm based on topology sequence method is proposed. Firstly the gray theory is utilized to get the gray correlation matrix of topology sequence and the correlation measurement between tracks is set up. Then the correlation measurement matrix is processed by global optimization method to get the association couples. The algorithm makes use of global optimization to avoid the influence on correct probability owing to the improper choice of threshold and utilizes space distribution and status messages of the tracks effectively. The simulation results show that the track correlation with sensor bias can be achieved more effectively..

Infrared/millimeter wave (IR/MMW) composite guidance is a hot direction of current development in the field of multi-mode composite guidance technology. In view of the limited penetrability of infrared detection system under low visibility condition and the low resolution of passive millimeter wave detection image we put forward a new MRA-based PCA (M-P) fusion method in order to better fuse the images of IR and the PMMW and to enable the composite seeker with all-weather operations. By using the advantage of multiresolution analysis that it can solve the information according to the resolution of the image space the M-P fusion method denoises the infrared and passive millimeter wave detection tank group images and transforms the reconstructed images with PCA respectively. Then the first principal component of low resolution image is replaced by that of high resolution image. Finally inverse PCA transform is made to obtain the fusion image. The experiment indicates that compared with PCA the new fusion method can better distinguish the tank group objects from the surface features..

The static slot allocation TDMA channel access algorithms used in Integrated Individual Soldier Combat System(IISCS) are not adaptable to the demand of large battlefield network and autonomous operation. To solve the problem we proposed a dynamic slot allocation TDMA access algorithm of MAC protocol named C-TDMA based on consumption algorithm and binary tree slot allocation algorithm. The access conflicts are eliminated in the control slot by multiple RTS/CTS. The consumption arithmetic is used to control the data flow and improve fairness access of different services on the basis of delay quality and the binary tree slot allocation algorithm is used for distributed network environment. The simulation results indicate that real-time services can be supported by C-TDMA protocol in heavy-load and mixed-service in IISCS which presents good performance on access efficiency..

It is difficult to refine edge transitional region for aero-optical degraded images due to aero-optical effects and unknown of transcendental message. To solve the problem we proposed an extracting and refining algorithm of edge transitional region for turbulence degraded images. Firstly adaptive region segmentation based on local variance was made to get edge transitional region. Secondly similar degree of noise and similar degree of edge were calculated for obtaining the narrow region close to heartland of edge transitional region. At last track refining to edge transitional region was implemented and the edge contour was extracted. The simulation result indicates that this algorithm which can extract well the contour message of turbulence degraded images has fine performance on region segmentation denoising refining and real-time capability..
